"Extremely Disappointed — Never Returning! I had gone to Sparklers, GIP Noida for a clay treatment and their so-called “super coat” which they claim is 3x better than waxing. They charged ₹4,500 for the service, kept my car for over 3 hours, and yet didn’t even complete the job properly. What’s worse is that several panels were left completely untouched — the same spots and marks I went there for were still visible. I had gone back to them because they did a great job last time when my car had stains from road construction near my place, but this time the work quality was pathetic. When I politely pointed out the issues, instead of owning up or fixing it, the lady at the counter was shockingly rude and even had the audacity to call me rude for simply expecting the job to be done right. For the kind of money they charge and the time they take, you’d expect professionalism and quality — but you get neither. Extremely unprofessional attitude and careless work. Would strongly advise avoiding this place unless you want to waste your time and money."
